Careful giving them your card info

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Ordered 1 box of this and received it a week later. Then, a month later received another odd charge on my card followed by another box of tea a week after that. Once I figured out what this company was doing, I called and they said I had a 2 week window to return the box I didnt order in the first place. Kinda predatory. Anyway - beware if you give them your card info. Wont buy again!

Didn't honor discount, bad customer service

I Have been buying green tea from a company called green tea HP out of Lehi UT for sometime now. Recently I went to purchase a new box and returned a flavor which I didn't like. I was told from the representative from the last purchase that I could return the unopened packets and exchange for a more favorable flavor. WhenI got to the kiosk the representative asked me for a reciept of purchase. Come On it is like there is this product at each 7 11 store! When I purchased the product last time the representative didn't mention that I would need to keep the reciept. What a hassle to return it when I thought that it was a part of customer service and building customer loyality. I was also granted a 5% discount on future purchases. I was not able to get this either. I have seen this product sell for $69.00 a box and now it is 81.00 a box. This product is not cheap but did enjoy drinking it! I have noticed that this company has changed its branding and the cost of doing this was a pretty penny but because of the cost of this new image, it should not be at the cost of losing customers. Because of this experience and the company's lack to understand what it takes to build customers and retain them is not a concern, I will not be revisiting the kiosks since they have shown that their internal systems, value and people turnoff is not a factor in this company's sucess. I too am in the customer service arena I do know what it takes to keep my clients happy!

I have been buying this Green tea for around 8 - 10 years and drinking between 2 -4 a day and i really like it but, they just keep raising the prices up & up, I went to buy some today and was told $84.00 a Box, Well i am sure they wont go out of business from the loss of my business but I am DONE!!

Asking a receite is. Very common it protect the company from any fraud or stolen products.

So it a procedure to protect the company. They should reimburse a purcentage of the unused portionsof the remaining products. I too am a distributer of greentea hp.

N would mail her some free pixies on your free pixies mailer account. Also the $69.00 dollars os distributer prices n $80.00 is customer price..

Anon. I am of the same opinion as TRY. Feel free to visit another Green Tea HP retail location and/or call customer service 866-523-****. Or you can reach me directly @801@***1@***5. 24x7, ,).

Now, you seem to be quite knowledgeable about GreenTeaHP. It seems to me with such knowledge that you would understand that upon return to any retail location accepts credit cards that you would simply have to swipe your card, lookup by last four of CC or by your name. If you purchased with cash then I would believe that you would understand that you must guard your receipt or offered your name to the associate for entry into the client book. If all else fails, ask for me and we will do research to find your transaction. Our goal is to be a world class service company. Allow us that opportunity.

Note, world class industry pillars that accept returns now require you to hold your receipt, be entered into a database or present the CC used at purchase. From personal experience and to the best of my recollection I have experienced a similar return policy at Nordstroms. A fine example of a world class service company that we strive to emulate.

I request that in the future you contact GreenTeaHP directly in place of using a site that allows you to anonymously defame the company.

Utmost best,

Roger Hendrix Jr.
