They went out of business, not returning my calls or emails.
They ignored my directives and wanted to charge me for fixing them. They are a defunct company now. So I guess my complaints are now moot.

Failed to acknowledge that they were in breach of copyright. Amazon removed their right to sell the book at my request.
Green Sage agency admitted they were now Penculture Solutions, who then tried to sell me more marketing, yet neither organization ever sent me a royalty statement despite selling my book. Suggest you touch neither.
Poor quality production, ignored pricing strategy / blamed Amazon, no response to emails in over a year, set up another company and passed on my contact details (Pen Culture Solutions, linked to P One), not one royalty statement received in 2 years, not one single cent passed on.Do not touch with a barge pole.

Don't get caught up in the 1,000 bookstore outreach; it's false advertising. Of the 1,000 stores Green Sage claims to contact, I received 10 responses and only two were from bookstores that actually showed some real interest in carrying my book.
I also had to practically re-write the "pitch" letter, that had all kinds of grammar and non-compelling content.
It also took three emails after the "report" to get an AE to respond to my request to send the forms that were noted for me to complete by a couple bookstores, and to-date I have still yet to receive. Please let my mistake be your benefit and stay away from using them for bookstore or any other type of marketing.

I was scammed by this company and they are software con artists!
This company lies from the start and makes false promises. They claim they have better affordable prices with quality work which isn't true.
They offered to re-publish my soft cover book to a hard cover and ruined it by making a big mistake with my name on the cover and making a change that I didn't authorize. They still charged me a fee for it and kind about the percentage of royalties I was to receive.
The audio book sample was terrible, unprofessional and flat. Green Sage Agency is on the Publishers Scam List.

I spoke to clay Hodges, he informed me that would be getting my royalties and free books I send my address and bank account number and haven't received anything. I emailed him and never recieved a response back.
It's very unprofessional, I went on the website to purchase books, I can't even purchase a book on the website, I also spoke to Mr. Hodges about that, he said the website is down.
So how can the buyer buy a book if they can't purchase a book from green sage agency website.
Preferred solution: I want my free books and royalties that is owed to me
