My scooter as broken down only had it 5mths saying g iv to pay for a engineering to come and assess it parts can take up to 14 days to arrive so the scooter can not be used when he realise on it on a daily basis no courstey oned offed for him to use while his is been repaired bad service its less than 12 mths this needs dealing with

Via Agoda.com Non-acceptance of booking I’d 59784**** by Vijan Palace hotel Jabalpur

DoWith reference to the above mentioned subject, my booking Id 59784**** on the name of Shoeb Mohammed Khan was not accepted by Mr Vinod Singh of Hotel Vijan Palace Jabalpur refused to accept any booking mentioning that their hotel is having payment issues with Agoda.com so they will not accept any booking from Agoda. Due to these we have faced many problems and now booked another hotel on higher charges. Now I am going to take legal action against both Hotel Vijan Palace Jabalpur &;;;;;;;;;;amp; Agoda.com for their irresponsible delay and harassment. > This is for your information & for future documentation purposes. Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The company has resolved the matter.

I was compensated for their bad service and delays.

I now have possession of the scooter. There are some problems with it but I have not yet notified the company..

This electric mobility scooter company is quick to show off its Green scooters and take customers money for pre-orders. What is unknown is they are slower to deliver, and ultimately failed to do so on the dates promised. Each time the non confirmed date was moved...
