I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with the owner of this business, Lou Krieg and his wife, Ann PettyJohn. Very unpleasant couple from NJ who moved to Vermont.

He is very aggressive and insecure and his wife is constantly trying to push you into hiring them. They are quite underhand about it as well. We chose not to work with them after learning more about them, but they were terrible to experience initially and they were attacking every other business in the state. They both had no hesitation in badmouthing every other business that we were considering hiring.

It was shocking, but the worst only came out when we decided not to hire them. This man Lou Krieg was horrendous to interact with, and was forcing himself on us.

There is no vetting process in the state and a lot of fake reviews. It is hard to know who has actual skills or not.

However, when you speak to people, you can really know whether they have any experience or not. We turned him down given his lack of actual necessary software experience.
