I just returned my hire car yesterday. Accused of damging it and refused deposit return.

The supposed damage was invisible. I was told if I don’t sign to accept the report the key would be left in the car and it would be left open and become my responsibility.

Avoid ! They charge me 35 Euros for refuelling the tank several days after the rental...

and i returned it full. It is scam ! Really not professionnal I tried to contact them, but they say to use a lawyer to make a complaint. I even did not receive any invoice for the refuelling service they charged me.

Above all the location is really bad, staff is not professionnal, they said me the return was ok, and fuel tank was full. So they lie to me.

First time for me to be scammed by a rental company. So avoid this company in netherland or anywhere else, otherwise you will loose money

Green Motion Rotterdam/The Hague Airport scam

24 hours after returning the car at the rental company, we received word that the car was damaged. Pictures were taken and attached on the e-mail. Unfortunately the pictures taken by Green Motion were mixed up with another car which we did not rent and causing a lot of confusion. I have checked the car multiple times just before returning it and being 100% sure this damage did not exist on return.

Unfortunately the inspection is done afterwards to make sure there is no presence off the actual renter. I can therefore only think the damage has been added between droppoff and inspection it is easy to drag something sharp on the surface just to add a source of income and also if not noticed by the next renter and certainly not added on the damage report it becomes a goldmine.

Well done Green Motion, you are hereby certified scammers!!!!

OUR ADVISE DO NOT RENT FROM GREEN MOTION AS THEY WILL ALWAYS FIND SOME DAMAGES

This is à real criminal company. They take 350 euro from my VISA card.

And hacked my computer with Zepto virus. They said the car was little damaged.

But i can proof the car was damaged before. Now i am busy with Interpol.

Damage on car erroneously charged

I rented a car from Green Motion on 13 May in Amsterdam at Schipohol airport for 12 days. I did not take the extra insurance as their rates are ridiculously expensive.

On returning the car I was not allowed to inspect the car with an employee of the rental company as I was fobbed off with a remark that the car had to be washed first before inspection and they would let me know if all was OK. I have never come across a policy like that which left me with an uncomfortable feeling but as I had to catch a flight had to leave. I was then charged E550 for damage incurred on the side bumper. The picture supplied was taken before te car was washed and showed dirt, but no dent.

i did not incur the damage and the picture could be of any car in their fleet as it showed no time or nr plate.

I feel I have been take for a nasty ride and the damage charge is anyhow excessive as it could be buffed and spray painted at a much lesser amount, but most of all it spoiled the rest of my holiday in Europe for the next 2 weeks. Beware of this unscrupulous company policy!
