No recourse when plane arrived late

I had prepaid two months in advance, using eDreams/Rentalcars.com/Greenmotion. My plane was hours late arriving. It was about 11:00 PM when we made it to the lobby from customs, only to find there is NO Greenmotion counter in the lobby at Sarajevo. We went back to the airport the next morning to see about getting the car, only to be told they are NOT located on the premises, unlike what my paperwork said. When I found a phone number online, the man said he canceled my car when we didn't show. (Hello!! My plane was delayed! ) They neither offered a replacement car nor would refund me my money. I've never had such bad service, and unfortunately in my research have found HUNDREDS to likely thousands of unhappy customers. In the U.S., the Better Business Bureau does not accredit them. This company should be shut down.
