My refund of $87
My grandson charged $87 dollars worth of BBQ to my credit card and I did know until my notification dinged. That's when I cancelled ASAP.
Then I received a text stating that I would be charged a cancellation fee. Okay. Then hours later I received an email stating that the food was in preparation and I can't be refunded. That is total bs.
In other words you get to keep the money and the food.
When you sent me the first message it only stated cancellation fees, nothing about food was being prepared that came hours later. I am so disappointed that your company is fraud and faulty.
