- - Don't move on a holiday weekend; phones go unanswered.
- - Dishes broken; canopy bed mattress damaged; leather elephant torn; no reply after days.
Management reached out Via Google complaints asking me to contact them to resolve the issue. They lied and said I didn’t contact them and that they received no emails from me.
They have my information but decided to respond thru the complaint rather than call me directly.. playing games
Dont move on a holiday weekend no one will answer the phones. Upon explanation of the contract there are other contingencies so read all 15,000 pages.
LOL. At any rate extremely unprofessional movers had on flip-flops, my dishes were broken, my wooden canopy bed mattress look like it had been cut in replaceable objects destroyed. I will never use this company again. I cant wait until lawyer responds to them.
Might I add, after they stuffed my things between other peoples, they stood on my dresser, dropped boxes and tore my 3 foot leather elephant.
The worst experience I have encountered. And still four days later no response from the company.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Never!

- - Move was 55 miles; items arrived damaged; boxes were tossed.
- - Unmarked truck used; driver suggested wood glue and claims capped at $50 per item.
Stay far away from Greenline Relocation and Services if you want your items to arrive in one piece. My move was only 55 miles and the damage ther did was just ridiculous. They threw the boxes around like they didn't even care.Just wanted to get finished. We got to our new residence and the driver came in and said " There is a problem,I didn't know the back of the chair came off and it fell." Showed me the leg of my recliner split. He told us to try wood glue.Said the same thing for the leg of my make up vanity which is less then two years old.My Jewlery armoire is completely tore up.Then there are minor items also.Waiting on pics being developed to send a claim in.I am informed that if anything I will get the most $50 an item no matter the true cost.I was never asked to purchase extra protection coverage so I thought it was automatically included.Very unprofessional. They come in a unmarked truck and use the steps as a slide for all boxes,
- Kimberly
- Roughness used
- Not being asked to purchase extra coverage

- - Mid-May move; it was the worst.
- - Damaged recliner, armoire, vanity, and dishes; claim form promised but not received; payout may be $50/item.
I am changing my review. This morning the owner of this company actually traveled to my apartment to apoligize and hand me my refund in person.I have never had anyone personally make a trip to me to make things right.Thank You Victor for making things right?
Totally look over your contract.Definitely purchase extra coverage uf you do decide to use this company. They come in a old truck.
I hired Greenline Relocation movers for a short distant move in mid May.Worst job during a move I ever experienced. They broke my aunt's recliner. The guy said "We have a problem. The recliner fell.I did not realize the back comes off." Showing me the leg that broke completely off and split in half.He Said "Wood glue should work." Then my standing jewelry armoire was destroyed and so was my new vanity set, dishes etc. I was told they sent out a claim form which I haven't received yet.And was told there is a chance I will only get $50 at most per item.
So if you want a smooth move stay away from this company.I know you shouldn't slide the boxes down the steps you think they would know. Not a happy customer.
