Verified ReviewerGreenlight Auto go ahead and charge my dad's checking account in April and then again in May for two car payments he doesn't have a car payment through Greenlight doesn't have an account with them
- - Greenlight Auto allegedly withdrew funds from dad's account without his authorization; the reviewer has no account there and seeks to recover funds.
Trying to find out why the bills like that was money taken out of an account when he doesn't have an account with Green light auto. So now I'm at a dilemma I either got to press charges against Greenlight Auto figure out how to get my dad's checking information and why did they take the money out of his account without verifying it was okay with him the owner of that account. Or they can help me get the money back from her cuz she's saying to me that it's their fault they're the ones that did it they're lying so one of the other is lying or how they got the information and I need to get the money back from for my for my dad
User's recommendation: Not unless I can get this fixed.
Do not use
- - They emailed the day before due date about an insurance lapse and a binder page fax.
- - After second time, they wouldn't explain and hung up.
Twice in the year I have had my auto loan with them, they have emailed a day before my payment is due telling me there was a lapse in coverage with my insurance and they needed a declaration of binder page faxed over or I would be charged an additional $39.00. When I contacted them to find out where this was coming from after the second time, they wouldn't tell me and then hung up on me.
Broke down
My car has no power and im stranded 500 miles from home noone answered cuz it wasn't during normal hours...so im stuck in las vegas with no options so far
