Green clean also does floors and grout. I hired them to clean and seal my grout in the kitchen and bathroom.

What a nightmare. The first time they cleaned it was still really dirty. I called and complained and they were sending out a supervisor the next day. He was a no call no show.

The next day he showed up and cleaned my grout again and it looked good, except when he sealed the grout he put the sealant on the tile and entire floor.

Needless to say I ended up falling on my head because the floor was so slippery. These people don't have a clue what they are doing

I will be honest; I wish I could rate this company with a -1. When I originally called to make my appointment the receptionist that answered the phone was trying to rush me through the call.

It was close to closing time on a Friday and she obviously had better things to do. I had to stop her twice to attempt to give her my contact information because she was in such a hurry. On the day of my appointment no one showed (today). They didn't even bother to call.

When I called them back to "cancel" my appointment due to no call, no show, the receptionist was "shocked" that she didn't even have a record of my appointment on the day that she told me I would get service. Probably because she was too busy trying to get out of the office on a Friday afternoon to take my information. She had the gall to ask if I wanted to reschedule. (Obviously, I did not) In this day in age, where money is scare and word of mouth is key to running a business, I am surprised that they run a company in this manner.

(I took a morning off from work for this!) I will NOT ever use their services and make sure that no one that I know uses them either. My neighbor said I was lucky they didn't show, they ruined her couch and sub-flooring when they came to her house.

I wish she had told me sooner. KEEP AWAY!!!
