The service was horrible. Tried to make an order and was told the shipping was more that the product. Later got an email from a different salesperson who said there was not shipping charge. Ordered the product with the promise it would be in on a specific date for pick up. Drove 80 miles for pickup and, after waiting for 45 minutes, was finally helped, only to be told they couldn't find my order in the computer. I found my email with the order number and while they were helping me, they took a call and proceeded to spend 10 minutes on the phone with another customer. When they finally found my order in the computer, they couldn't find the product in the warehouse. They assured me they would find and and I should give them more time. An hour later they apologized and said they order wasn't there. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was a special order and I couldn't get a refund. I would just have to drive back the 80 miles again when the product arrived! I did finally get a refund after asking to speak with manager and waiting another hour for them to speak with him. NEVER AGAIN.
