THAT THEY DO, BUT MY ZIP CODE OF 23005 WAS NOT INCLUDED SO IT WOULD BE 75, BUT I TOLD HIM TO CHECK AGAIN.....THEN ONE CREW WERE BUSY WITH LIVING SOCIAL COUPONS, BUT HAD ANOTHER IF I DIDN'T PURCHASE FROM LIVING SOCIAL.

STATED WHEN HERE THAT STEAM CLEANING WILL NOT CLEAN CARPETS, I WOULD HAVE TO WITH SHAMPOOING WHICH IS WAY HIGHER............GOOD LUCK PHONE NUMBER WAS FOR THE OFFICE, BUT THE SAME NUMBER AS THE TECH.'S WHEN HE SHOWED UP.. Stay away of this company!!!!

I had 6 shirts missing over 6 months. Owner clearly had a sign posted that within 30 days there would be a resolution.

Wayne the owner refused to return any of my phone calls. He just plainly refused! I went to his main location in Missouri City and he hid from me in his office and had people that did not speak any english stare at me waiting for him in the front office. He thought I would get tired and leave.

He snuck out the back door and left in his car really quick so he did not have to speak to me. I can't believe still what has happened. His place is cheap thats why he still gets business. One of his locations in Rosenberg he has an employee that wears really low cut shirts and her chest falls out of her clothes.

I don't feel comfortable going in there anymore and neither does my husband. My children got scarred and cried in the car on the way home. There is also a location on Crabb River Road but the Manager there smokes and the smell gets all over the clothes.

YOU CANNOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. If you are getting your socks washed it's ok but not anything of any value!
