Verified ReviewerCab Drivers lazy and RUDE
My client called fo a cab to go grocery shopping. Cab comes #27 at around 9:30/10am on Sunday March 24 2024.
I assist my client from her wheelchair and into the cab then struggling with getting the wheelchair into the trunk all while the cab driver sat on his *** just watching me and being rude and nasty towards my client that was sitting in the back of the cab. I am ELDERLY and disabled myself . I INJURED MYSELF
And the Cab driver couldn't care less.
I hurt my neck,right shoulder, Wright wrist ,and lower back.
After I got in the cab the cab driver just sat there and was being nasty rude towards us SO we called the cab company and made a complaint. He finally drives up to Market Basket and he then gets off his *** and assisted us with the wheelchair ONLY BECAUSE WE CALLED WITH A COMPLAINT TO THE COMPANY.

Excellent service
I am a Cambridge resident who was picked up at a retail store Monday night and driven home by a very respectful driver he helped me with my purchases items to my front door. That made a big difference!
Then later the night I forgot a item and called the cab company they was able to find the cab number and name of the driver and told me they find the item for me to pick up the next day! I am very grateful and happy the location of the cab company was close to my residency!
Preferred solution: Keep up the good cab business with the customer in mind000
