I booked a room to surprise my sister for her birthday. For Vakentine' Day.
We arrived February 13th. We were given a room on the 25th floor, that was not an issue. When we exited the elevator the smell of weed was so strong it made me ill. I have Lupus and I am very susceptible to smalls.
My sister even commented about it as well. When we enter our room it was cool. But we let it be, because we were going down stairs. When we came back the smell of weed was right in front of our door.
So either the room across from us or next to us were smoking. My sister contacted the front desk both times. They said the have detection devices, obviously they don't work. So far, this has not been the pleasant get away I anticipated.
There was a Qtips on the floor in the bathroom, the room just wasn't that clean. I expected a great clean room, that is what you advertised on your site. I found it to not be clean, and the weed smell was such a disappointment. For the price I paid for the room I could of taken her to Soaring Eagle, where I know the rooms ate very clean, and I don't have to deal with people smoking pot.

This applies to the Sportsbook restaurant only. They charge 3 separate fees for carryout orders.
The first is a "TO GO Fee" $2, the second is "MISC. NO TAX" another $2, and the third is a "SERVICE FEE" $3. That is a total of $7 just to place a carryout order. Absolutely ridiculous!
I questioned the individual taking my order. He said the company gets some and he gets some. So is this a tip of some kind? Does management know what he is adding?
Don't know because I cannot get an answer from anyone in authority. I think they need to post a sign disclosing these fees and what exactly they are for.
Preferred solution: A refund of $5 for each instance of excessive, undisclosed fees for carryout at Sportsbook restaurant. I've encountered this twice.

I used the Monroe Market self serve area on 10/21. No where does it state that there was going to be a temporary hold of $50.
Here it is the following Thursday and it is still pending. I need this money. I bought nothing and need this money put back in my bank account. I didn't even plan on it taking 50 out of my budget.
This has caused me a big problem. I need this money put back asap.

Dealer was counting slow and mistakenly paying out like he only passed the audition part of the interview cause they gave him hope.the dealer on 3 dice almost like roulette could barley count and I kept getting under paid cause he wasnt able to c who put the bet up

I was playing lobster mania, and I was kicked out of my bones in my money was taken away! This is the third time Ive been kicked out of my bonus.
Ive called customer service several times and I was promised that I will receive feedback via email. I have yet to receive an email I have yet to receive a call back and I spin thousands of dollars with this game, this is the drawing board I just got kicked out and I was not able to take a screenshot of anything because he kicked me off the system. I reach out to the online chat and hes giving me the runaround as well. I want my money back!

My family and me on the day of check we were packing to leave, I had some items on a chair by the window, when I took them off the chair something in the crease of the seat looked like rocks in the crease of the chair but it was moving it was bugs. All I can say is it GROSsed ME OUT!!!

No it wasn't, I was told I needed to park at any lot and pay to weekends because it was there policy. I have deleted my app for greektown and will not return.
Parking was turned away because parking attended said I can only park on weekdays. I had the silver card then after the pandemic was given advantage card , the counter lady said I was the said ;, well it's not . Was told to park at any lot we were like what how come we never got a email or something we wouldn't have come all the way downtown very disappointed with your casino.

Im from Flint, I had just got in an argument with my boyfriend and he left me stranded. I didnt know what to do so I asked could I get a refund so I can get an Uber home.
The lady just flat out told me no. She didnt recommend anything or try to help. These people are careless. I cried for the longest in that room by myself.
I just wanted to go home.
I will tell everyone I know not to go there. The worker I dealt with is heartless and I will never forget this!

I and 4 other women were Stuck in casino hotel elevator fir an hour. Upon release 2 of us Required oxygen and blood pressure extremely high.
Casino offered no apology, no what can we do to make this better.
