Hi, I have been getting emails saying I have an over due payment from Gear Greek from Klarna but I havent purchased anything. I thought it was a scam so I kept on ignoring the emails, but now I got sent a letter saying its a final notice to pay?

But if I didnt purchase anything why would I pay for it?

Its common sense please send me proof what I have purchased from Gear Greek because even if I did purchase from that website I havent even received it. This is ridiculous.

Respond back to me as soon as possible so I can resolve this matter!

Received wrong order! Order form is correct but item shipped is wrong.

Tried for 2 days to contact with only a voice message machine to leave a message.

Friday will be 3 days! Once I get this taken of I will never order from this company.

I have connected the company two days Ina row with no response. My shipping form stated the correct item but the wrong item was shipped. Requested Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity but received Shriner.

Greek box that is advertised has not been shipped. A label created and has set in that status for a week.

Post Office does not have the package. No one has responded to message sent or checked social media to respond either.

I am very dissatisfied with the level of service for this company and will never use it again. I will let the greek community know about my experience with this order and company.SA

I ordered a package about a month ago and have not received it. The tracking website I was given said it was delivered and handed to the front desk but the front desk never received the package.

I have been trying to get in touch with GreekGear for about a week and no response.

I am beyond frustrated and simply just want a refund on my order or another sweatshirt sent. I am waited a long time for this sweatshirt and yet it has not come yet.
