I was only able to get a response to my question with regard to product availability after speaking with a supervisor. The chat was completely unresponsive and the customer service representative who answered my call was equally unhelpful.

Verified ReviewerI need to get a return shipping label and I can't get it from the websites or by phone.
I ordered sneakers for my grandson and they don't fit. I need to return them and it is not easy.
There was no packing slip or return label in the box. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and the credit card company to which I charged them to dispute the charge.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Worst customer service from a company that pretends to care
I have been trying to get a simple returns question answered for about 2 weeks. I reached out 4 times via their chat function.
The first time, I was told someone would get back to me. Crickets after the first response &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; promise of follow-up. 3 more attempts yielded nothing. I then went on instagram and asked for help.
Nothing. Finally I trashed them on FB and got a DM response. They asked for all my info that I'd given them during each of my 4 chat attempts, but I gave it to them AGAIN and was told that my issue would be escalated and I'd get a response. Still nothing.
Finally today I just gave up and tried just printing a return label and every time I enter my info, the screen goes blank.
And now the chat functiIon disappeared so I just emailed them about the problem and am waiting for a response. I

Preferred solution: I want to be able to do a return via USPS or, if that's too much to ask, I would like to damn system to allow me to print a FedEx return label.

Greats Shipping Service Review
I purchased a pair of shoes from a company called Greats Brands Llc. I later recieved a tracking number for FedEx and as it turns out the tracking number is for someone in West palm beach,Fl.
I spoke ti FedEx and was yold that not only was the package not addressed to me it did not have my name on it. Now the company refuses to do anything and will not provide a phone number.
