No reply to my complaints on their security issues

Our shoes were lost in the pool area and the facility security guy used aggressive body language and words to me the customer instead of to the people who stole the shoes. I felt life-threatening from the security guy. Almost call 911. The security team have absolutely no respect for the customers and are NOT professional.

User's recommendation: You may lose all your stuff in the facility.
