Was so very disappointed

They updated the resort expanded new buildings but when you walk in it lost its nostalgia there's no more characters there's no more big tree magic quest was absolutely horrible they've changed it was not worth it and probably will never go back. The whole point of being at Great Wolf was to feel like you're in a lodge and not in a fancy schmancy hotel.

No reply to my complaints on their security issues

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Our shoes were lost in the pool area and the facility security guy used aggressive body language and words to me the customer instead of to the people who stole the shoes. I felt life-threatening from the security guy.

Almost call 911. The security team have absolutely no respect for the customers and are NOT professional.

Review and Disappointment

Great Wolf Resorts - Review and Disappointment

This is my first time bringing in my kids on a vacation for advertised great indoor park and service at Grapevine. I thought for the $1500+ charged for couple days of stay; it will be a resort like promised online.

- Basic cleaning services are not available even after requesting.

- The check in folks are rude and unhelpful at best.

They did not even bother to offer to find a cart for self luggage handling but just pointed at two locations where they can potentially be found. No instructions for parking. No introduction to the park or a smile even for families to be welcomed.

- the rooms are cleaned below par with stains from prior visits.

I wish I knew how bad the resort is run before wasting money on a weekend that is hard to find amongst my own busy physician practice.

I will never stay or personally recommend anyone to stay here. The advertised hospitality and wolf paw welcoming is not what u see on the ground.
