Resolved: Never got a response after I placed an order
- - Charged after purchase but no tracking number.
- - No replies, unknown shipping origin, and a later $29.99 charge appeared, which the CC had to dispute.
After making a purchase on their website, I got a confirmation # and my cc was charged for the item, but I never got a tracking #. Days later, when I called them to find out what was going on (since they weren't replying to my emails), I was told they couldn't locate who it would be shipping from and someone would get back to me, which they never did.
Three days later, there was a $29.99 charge on my cc from a completely different company with a similar name. I had to finally get my cc company involved to dispute the charges.

Made an order for $8.10 on 7/22/2025. Their site said to go to a site called "shop" to see how the order is progressing.
This morning I down loaded "shop" to find that they claimed item delivere 2 hours ago.
Mind you, I downloaded at about 6am so I kinda knew this was a scam at that point but when I went into my credit card I see a charge of $29.99.
SCAM SCAM SCAM. I am waiting for a call back (like that might ever happen and I will have a new credit card issued to me because I don't trust this company.
