Scammed by these fraudsters
Scammed by these fraudsters. I enrolled for a Data Science course and during the initial phase, these guys were so polite and helpful because obviously, I was yet to pay them.
Once I made the payment, they hardly cared if I was given the correct batch or if I was even entertained by my program manager. Every time I raised this, all they were able to do was assign me with a new program manager. And yes, the other program manager was trained similarly to the previous one. He/she also never cared if I was facing challenges or whatever, they just made sure I paid the money that was supposed to be paid.
I drafted an email multiple times but no one bothered to call me or fix this concern. Now, I just need my money back and want to stay away from these scammers.

Company lied abut certificate
I attended the PGP program for six months ended around December 5,2023. The course was paid in full.
To this date, I have not received my cerificate. I have been getting the round around and each time I am told that I will receive it withint 15 days. It is now 3 months after and I still have not heard from any one. I opened a ticket on their dasboard and it was to close.
Yet, the problem has not been resolved.
Googles, AWS and Microsft does offer free training and yo can print the certificate one completed.
This school is NOT LEGIT DOSave your money NO WAIT YOUR MONEY. Their materials for the courses are very old.

Don’t Purchase the Course
I will suggest every student and professional not to buy any certification course and degree course because from Great Learning, they will promise you that we will provide this... and once you paid the amount they don't fulfill the promise and also don't refund the amount.
Please avoid Great Learning.
Problems with course it didn't start but they paid in full!!!!
I was told I could restart the course but no one followed up with me. I tried contacting them through email and slack and heard nothing.
There is no phone number to call until I found this website. Thank you.

Refund for DS Cloud course
There were too many technical errors in the course for it to be worth $900 USD. There were some fundamental mistakes and problems accessing the lab. I want a refund.

Resolved: This company making Fool in name of Providing Placement & Training and Hiding Fact from People about Policies of Refund
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Refund received
Actually I have got called from executive they offered to join the course i have make payment for admission fee unfortunately next day after payment admission fee a accident occur and i have told the problem to admission team they denied to refund the fee and said no policy for refund whether they not told me that policy on call and i have gone through company website brochure it was not mentioned. I have chasing for refund but they people not giving proper response and not receiving calls and replying the mail.
