Packaging and website
Is sliced cheddar cheese they sell taste great but even though they include paper between the slices it's so tiny they break apart you have to use a butter knife to pry them loose trying to get help on the website is like navigating the minotaur's Labyrinth
Preferred solution: Fix it so I can eat this great tasting cheese but let me know that it's been fixed so I don't waste my money again
