Complaint about online casino regarding withdrawal money

Hii respected sir/madam,

My name is Maulik patel and live in Lloydminster, AB. I recently made my casino account on just casino website about few months ago and started playing there.

Whenever I deposited money they do not usually ask for verification. I know that every casino does same thing but when i made a several withdrawals( amount of $24000)on just casino. After that i did verification that took 2 days . Since then when ask for withdrawal status all the time get same answer.

Ir is been more than 4 5 days still have not received anything yet. When I chat with someone (live chat) they do not provide anything just say wait for a little bit nothing else. So i am worried about my actual money that i deposited more than $10000 on just casino website.

I think it looks like scam. Please help me because i do not have anything in my pocket.
