Manager Lied to me
- - The manager lied about the repair and replacement.
- - It took 13 months to replace the RV dishwasher.
- - I paid a third party for removal, later I was billed.
Manager lied to me several times we bought a dishwasher for RV and was broke. Took them 13 months to replace.
He told me he would pay a 3rd party take out and replace with new one since we were staying in a different state. I paid 3rd party to remove and now *** (manage) said I was supposed to pay for it even when GARV Superstore sold it to me and it was broke under warranty.
I would not recommend the store to my worst enemy. (***)
