This company sucks
- - Daily calls about first payment.
- - Login and password reset issues.
- - Support asks for your social; late fees and higher interest.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO FINANCE WITH GAFCO, You set up an account or try to and theyll harass you with several phone calls a day about your first payment when its not even due. Then as time goes on you go to log in to your account it says Un-able to very your account So youre like hey, okay let me reset my password you go to reset your password and it continues to say the same thing.
You call customer support and there no use at all because they tell you to do the same fricken thing. So then they ask you for your social to verify who you are, I dont know about you but Im not giving out my social in todays day and age. So then as again more time goes on you get a late payment fee.
For what? Missing a payment that you tried to submit through the website and boom you just received more interest on top of your loan To this day Im still dealing with this companys *** If your credit isnt great and youve had emergencies and your trying to get caught up with things this is one company you should stay away from for any and all reasons.
