Worst RV buying experience ever

We were scheduled to pickup our new 2018 Keystone on January 29, 2018. This will be our fifth RV in 35 years. The dealership parking is not paved. Its all dirt or rock gravel. They service staff was the worst ever. I truly believe that no one ever checked out the unit to see if everything was working. The saleslady was the worst ever. She was late and wasn't around during the the whole deal. We left and went camping and found multiple problems with the unit that I had to fix myself. I called the dealer back and it was like they didn't care or I could bring it back. I'm positive that the unit wasn't checked by a certified or Qualified person. There was a list of problems and concerns I had and they didn't care. When I got home I caught pneumonia and was hospitalized for a week. After my recovery I called Keystone customer service and they gave me a name of a Keystone dealer near my house. I'm scheduled to go there next week. My advice don't go to this Dealership.

Haven’t heard back from Great Adventure RV. I’ve left multiple messages to speak to the owners but with no luck.

Really Bad service

Great adventure RV in Waco Texas actually in Hewitt just outside Waco on I35 service dept. is the worst I have ever experienced. I bought an RV from them to take to Colorado to put on my property there. I told them as soon as the weather permitted I would be taking it there, but there were issues with some damage to the RV. They told me they were going to order some paneling and chairs to replace some that had been damaged in transit and would get back with me in a month to bring the RV back for repair, this was in December. They didn't call so after 6 weeks in February, I called them. They then wouldn't let me bring the RV in until the end of March. My scheduled changed on me at my work place and couldn't meet the date, so now they are telling me it will be another 3 months out. Consequently, I'll not be able to enjoy my new RV in Colorado this year. Don't buy an RV from these people, you'll regret it!

You blew the complaint process. Nowhere did I read that filed a formal written complaint, sent via Certified Mail return receipt requested to the transport service and anyone else involved in the damage.

Your claim is relatively simple - goods damaged in transport - which will be very easy to delay and deny ; exactly what has happened , and forget all about the loss of use or anything else other than physical damage. But your claim is a *** in the wind if you haven't documented your complaint and desired solution WITH A LEGALLY VERIFIABLE TIME LINE AND REPLY.
