Dissatisfied with body shop service

My wife took her Subaru to Grayson body shop for repair. Although the repair work was good, the service was not. When my wife picked up her car her keychain was missing, the balance on her stereo speakers had been changed (apparently to suit the listening choice of the technician working on her car), and the windshield was cracked. The keychain was a gift and very sturdy it would not have just fallen off. The windshield was definitely intact when the car was dropped off, but the manager stated that we should have taken a picture of the windshield prior to dropping the vehicle off. He finally agreed to provide the labor to replace the windshield, but we would have to purchase the windshield. We made an appointment to do so, but on the scheduled day he called and stated that his windshield installer was not available that day. We called Safelite and the windshield was installed the very next day. We were never contacted by Grayson to reschedule the installation, and needless to say, we were never invited to complete the traditional customer satisfaction survey. Our family (wife, son, and daughter) have purchased several vehicles from Grayson. Although my wife loves her Subaru and her next vehicle will more than likely also be a Subaru, it won't be purchased from Grayson based on the service that we received.

User's recommendation: I don't know if this is an isolated incident, but I would not recommend their service department.

I still have not received a response from Grayson. Very disappointed in the lack of customer support demonstrated in this case.

GRAYSON SUBARU-HYUNDAI IS DISHONEST WONT SUPPLY REGISTRATION

Purchased car August 31 2017 from David Hill. Chris in finance messed up our names resulting in fraud on credit. They withdrew our credit application and threatened to repossess the car. After contacting Subaru Finance we learned the correct application was never submitted. Had to work out loan on our own direct with Subaru Finance. Now it is December and still no registration. When asked for copy of contract, they falsified it, I had the original and wanted to know what they would do. State has no record and dealer told the county clerk who called they know nothing about this vehicle. They refuse to submit paperwork to state to license after I have made three payments. NEVER EVER BUY FROM GRAYSON

Now just 20 days short of 5 months from the purchase of this car. Still NO LICENSE PLATE although my county clerk was able to intervene through the State and obtain a registration which lists a license plate I never had and do not have.

Now I have to file a report with the Sheriff in order to obtain a plate according to the county clerk.

Lovely, more time off work !
