I reached out to ask some questions about the Ultrapress and Geopress. I didn't receive a response, though they claim to reply quickly.
When I tried again using their chat feature on the site, I was met with the bare minimum. I really felt like I was an annoyance, not a valued customer. When I expressed that I was unhappy with their customer service, no one followed up. I've given them multiple tries, and just can't recommend them based on their lack of attention.
If I needed help with a product that had broken, or needed warranty assistance, I don't feel confident that they would reply or provide adequate service. The product seems cool, but the customer service needs work before I'll attempt another purchase.
