Gravity Transformation

I watched a zoom meeting where there were hundreds of people on getting the information on Gravity program . They did not say much about the program or the cost.

Before this I heard that someone was doing Gravity and was happy and losing weight but she did not say much else. I heard that was an exercise and support from a coach to loose 20 pounds in 6 weeks.I signed up for the Zoom to see what the Gravity Transformation was all about. They did not explain in the zoom what they were going to do and I assumed that if I went to the next stage they would explain it before I had to pay the $200.00 which was in US dollars and I had thought it was in Canadian dollars. it was not said it was US dollars until I got the receipt from PayPal.j I am in Canada and see this is misinformation for Canadians and I did not know they were an USA company.

They say they will refund your money when you are successful to loose the weight.

When I could not find any phone number or address after I signed up I was concerned they do not have any way to contact them , no email not person to talk to and I was to wait until another zoom call to talk to a coach.

I read reviews that they keep charging you after you finished the program and that reviews are erased for any one that posts a negative review.

This all concerned me. so I tried to stop payment with PayPal and that was another frustrating process to sign in and try to follow their instructions too get my money back.

The Gravity Transformation only have email and they did say that if I stop the PayPal dispute then Gravity sent this;.

Wed be happy to assist with the refund of your program deposit once it is released by PayPal and this can only be done upon cancellation of the dispute. If you prefer to continue with the dispute process through their platform, youre welcome to do so and simply await the final resolution following PayPals review. If you'd like to expedite the process, we're happy to assist once the dispute has been cancelled.

by this time I did not trust a company that does not have a person in customer service to help me.

Since I missed the deadline to answer Gravity last message that they said they were sending their evidence and I could not see a reply to me on PayPal . and did not see that PayPal had emailed me to say that I need to answer to the Gravity message. ( this was all very confusing to me . there was no message to me on PayPal until it was too late.

I had no idea I had to be watching my email and PayPal ) I had another email from PayPal that said the dispute was over . Now I continue to email Gravity to again ask for a refund. I await an answer. Not a happy customer.

If I had used my credit card this would not have happened I could have cancelled and it would have taken less time. I am not happy with PayPal investigation and communication with users either.
