I didn't receive my refund back
I had order shoes and sent them back, cause I didn't like them at all. They said they deposited the money on May 13.
The money wasn't deposited in my account.
The order 243**** and item number is TB9034FBL-090-M. Thank you.

Checking on a return
Your customer service person was very delightful and very helpful. She found where I had sent the shoes back and I did have an $85 credit however she was not permitted to give me the $85 credit on a new pair of shoes she transferred my case to somebody else and they are not Being as nice they are questioning my credit.
There was no reason for them to go back and say that the credit is not there when she forwarded it to them I would appreciate someone taking care of this, so I can take advantage of the shoes that I want that are on sale . Thank you for checking for me.

Im trying to buy some boots, but I cant update my debit card info, so I cant complete the transactionor read the reviews. Im a longtime customer; love this company. This is the first time Ive had this problem.

Order error
I did not order the number of items that were shipped to me, and now I cannot contact customer service. I was shipped nearly $800 in shoes!!! There was no invoice in the box.

Need a paid label for my return
Never received the label I requested so I had to pay for shipping out of my pocket. I believe your customer service is incompetent since they could not figure out how to send me a label via email. Im very disappointed dont know if Ill order again from yall.

There was a delivery deadline which was not honored
The parcel will now have to be sent to another state and then overseas - this was explained to agent and she didnt get it done neither did she bother to let me know in time
So disappointing
