It is very difficult to get ahold of you by phone and it goes to a service that wants to charge $5 to connect. I did not feel comfortable with this.
The number that shows available belongs to the previous owner and was of no help. I just want to exchange the color of a blanket I received as a gift.

No one replies. Stole my money

No call back. I love these blankets and have been a repeat customer yet the lack of response to find out how to return for refund after at least 10 emails over time is inexcusable.
