I returned a new blanket because it was too heavy. Below is proof that it was returned.

Tracking number 943463****0230********. Delivered on September 30 at 11:50 AM in Romeoville, IL. As of November 18, 2024, I have yet to receive a refund.

They do not respond via telephone or email. Even their Facebook page is AI bot only.

Customer service is unavailable and has the wrong number on google

Still after almost one month no one from Gravity Blankets has contacted me

Ordered expensive blanket seeking sleep assistance Blanket was poorly made and not even big enough to cover my body

Contacted company to return item and receive money back(did this two times from one email account and one time from another

Received an automated response yet almost three weeks there has been no response from this company to reimburse me and so I can return the blanket
