Can’t buy product

I cant seem to order my 7 pack of glass joints with mouthpiece it tells me something like the billing address is wrong but Ive made other purchases after on another site and had no problem call me at (716) 696-**** so I can fill my order i hope we can come to an agreement and let me order my glass joints

Pissed that it broke the mourhstem by picking it up

Mouthpiece broke just by picking it up. I'd like to buy another of the same , or even a bit more. But ; I'd like some help on the price.thank you , Sincerely, Richard a maus
