I can't get my order through

I'm trying to order through GRAV always says too many attempts which means the site needs to be reset by the company and that's almost impossible. They probably go through cloud flair, checking with other customers that have the same problem.
It's basically give it up and go to another company that sells the same product. Yes, totally frustrated. After matching sidewalks, motorcycles bridges, you think that would be enough?
Too many attempts needs to be hard reset by the company. Well I'll give it a shot and maybe 6 months to a year

I was told that since I hadn’t made a purchase for too long they would no longer stand behind the quality of their product. (my words not theirs) This is a glass tube with a plug in it that broke when I was removing the plug.
They are still blaming Covid for a delay in response from customer support. I just want to contact someone about my problem

I had no problem ordering from grav last year, Maybe I made a mistake but it always says too many attempts and right when I try to hit my address it won't let me go any further.
