buyer beware, this company if very very unreliable . they will not communicate with you.
call, email, no response. I had to hound them for weeks to get a refund of only a $119. I would hate to think if I would have spend a large some of money and I wasn't satisfied, I properly would have never never got a refund. called no one answered, said to leave my name and order # and they would call back, they never did.
don't know how many email send, no reply. they told not in the beginning but after I paid for it , that, if they did not stone in stone in stock, it would take 120 days or 4 months, that's when I cancelled.

The marker they did not make
I have called grassmarkers several times to find out what is the problem with filling my order and every time they give me some other lame excuse. so now I start email so I have a paper trail and keep track of the lies they tell.
First they said that the don't have the stone but advertise that they have their own quarry. They took my money and promise that it would be done in three weeks and not its going on seven weeks and they don't know what the problem is and I ask who else I could talk to and they did not answer that question.

Stone Marker Review
I ordered a stone marker. It took well over four months to receive.
I was promised a slight refund which took three weeks to receive. There is only one customer service operator,Shay and she is not helpful at all.
While the stone is pretty I would not recommend. Find another company!

Regarding Grassmarkers dot bomb since they havve a site in Georgia You may want to file with the OAG in that State

Especially since the BBB record of 7 complaints sugest there is a pattern of deception going on. Perhaps the State should take a closer look into this business
Has Anyone ever Statrted a Law Suit against them? I see 4 BBB complaints against their other Name Stone Plans of Richmond, LLC in the State of Georgia (where they say their factory is located) Wonder if the Office of Attorney General of Gergia needs to get involved?
This company appears t o be owned by some one with a name sound slike they are from India.
You may also want to file a complain with the OAG office in Indiana as they claim to be doing business out of the State of Indiana
