Lawn Care Service Company Not Professional
My husband and I hired Grass Monkeys to mow, blow & edge our yard. It was almost like we were an afterthought whenever they showed up at our home.
They were there not to do a professional job but to mow our grass as quickly as they could so they could move to the next number on their list. For the last six weeks, after our grass was mowed by Grass Monkeys, there were huge trenches left in our yard, large tire marks and large piles of grass all over our yard. I sent a text to Raymond Reavis about the large trenches and tire marks in our yard and about the very unprofessional job his men did in our yard. I told him that my husband did a much more professional job mowing our yard than his men did who were so called professionals.
He replied to my text and asked if he could come out and look at our yard. He came out and saw the damage his men did to our yard and a few days later he sent us a bill. I am posting this review so that unsuspecting people that think Grass Monkeys is a professional lawn service, please believe me they are far from professional. I would recommend to stay away from Grass Monkeys and look for a professional lawn care service.

Preferred solution: I would like my review posted so that other customers of Grass Monkeys Inc will know they are not professional when mowing your lawn.
