I love my cricut and have no complaints about my machine however, cricut design space is an absolute nightmare. It is so slow it makes dial up look efficient.
In this day and age it seems like slow, laggy software would not be an issue. It is extremely frustrating to be working on a project, especially with a deadline, and be delayed by an software issue.

I just made a puchase a few minutes ago. Although I was told the product costs INR 1798, they procedded to charge my card INR 3285. That's almost double the price.

I bought Cyberlink 14 with the expectation it would be easy and intuitive. I wanted something simple to use.
It's not. Then, I was having some weird issue getting it to work so I decided to reinstall it. Apparently my activation key was only good one time! I thought I owned this *** program.
It gets better. Customer support. How the *** do you get it? I sure couldn't.
No number. You can have the privilege to join some program for 30 bucks or use the free one which requires an account. The only problem is I could not set up an account. I tried several times.
It's as laugh. So, I tried to contact them on FaceBook. No response.
What a waste of time and effort...oh yeah money. Do not buy this product!

I purchased a download, installed and registered PhotoPad Photo Editor (Pro Edition) on January 3, 2108. I also purchased the Software CD for backup, another $20.
As of today, March 1, 2019, the software will no longer work. They say that the registration code I have is no longer valid because it is a new version. Then their product support says to reinstall the version I bought.
It doesn't work.
This is quite simply a ripoff. If this is not resolved quickly I will never buy any NCH software again and will tell as many people as possible to not buy their product.
