All I am trying to do is install InDesign and no one, absolutely no one can help me get it installed. Everytime I enter my password to install it cancels it.
You can't understand their reps and they keep passing you on or hanging on you.
I cancelled the service and it will now take 5-7 days to get my refund. In a nutshell, they suck.

I accidentally shared a project that I made myself and now I am being charged $4.99 to make my own design? Customer service said that I should be able to make my own design for free but still haven't fixed the problem.
I also want to know who's getting the $4.99 and why isn't there an undo button for this. I'm glad I didn't have a deadline I worked on this project for over two months off and on to get the size, cuts, and colors right.

I am so SICK of Cricut Design Space. I will NEVER recommend a Cricut to ANYONE EVER.
Half the time, you can't even open this *** online platform website. When you can, it takes FOREVER to upload images, search things, find previous projects (IF it will let you access them), or much less create something. It's definitely not my internet connecting because I don't have this issue with any other program besides this piece of *** plus I have Google Fiber and it's super fast. If you do have a problem, you can't get anyone the phone, especially if you don't have a *** membership to their stupid *** Access program.

They do not look at reality. Things happen.
My new computer crashed 4 times and I had to reload it ,losing everything. I think it was the 3rd or 4th time when I tried to register it and this message dropped real fast saying, too many downloads or something. It scarred me it came so fast. Also in two weeks, I am going to purchase a new laptop.
What am I going to do. I paid them already. I purchased software from another company,I won't mention their name, 10 years ago. To this date I have changed computers about 10 or 15 times.
Every time I change and register, they just thank me for my purchase. That's good business and I will return.With NCH I am not sure I will return.

These people have spammed me several times a day for years. I've asked them to stop, they refuse. The spam continues to this day. Avoid this company and their products at all costs. You have been warned.

I fell that you should be able to print two cards on one sheet of paper. Say if you were doing invitation or thank you card you might want a smaller version, size 4.25 X 5.5.

I have sent TWO emails to the company with no response. I have called only to be transferred and disconnected after being on hold several times.
I FINALLY spoke to a PERSON the other day and was so excited thinking my problem was going to be fixed...only to be told I had to PAY to talk to someone to fix my problem and MAYBE it will resolve!
I have purchased other products from this company and have NEVER had any issues with installing or using them. But I am SO DISAPPOINTED in their recent customer service and the quality of the product I received.
