After waiting 7 months for granite overlay worktops, I am now left with a damaged unit, unfinished job and unfulfilled promises to rectify the situation from the local branch.

The national customer services have taken my complaint details several times but I still have not received any communication from head office.

The cost of the worktops was more than half of the original kitchen price but the stress the process has caused cannot be quantified.

The finish of my new kitchen units and worktops was excellent, unfortunately I now have a problem with my mixer tap becoming loose but for some reason I have been unable to contact the staff at my local Trend Transformation supplier at Birmingham East branch. Now waiting to hear from the UK Head Office

Im awaiting for an answer to my email concerning my kitchen mixer tap which as come loose so far I cant locate anyone to action a reponse

I have phoned Granite Transformations head office in Tunbridge Wells Kent no answered but left a voicemail message (option 4 warranty information)

I have now found out that the franchise holder Abdul Rehman for Trend Transformations East Birmingham as folded.

I have now engaged a plumber to fix my kitchen tap, however Im still awaiting assurances that my warranty of ten years which commenced 1st June 2021 be honoured by the parent company.

Granite Transformations (Trent transformations) Unit S9 Greenland Farm, Cow Lane , Moulsford Oxen 0X10 9JT. Having seen this product demonstrated I thought I would like to have my kitchen tops changed.

A Mr Martin Sando came out to see me and show me his product. I placed an order on the information he supplied and paid a deposit of 619.10, he was to return on the 21/7/17 to take measurements and confirm colours When Mr Sando returned to measure some of the information given on the consultation had changed, the joins had gone from one to six and he asked me to sign a disclaimer for damage and joins and a further payment of 3714.60 was requested, At this point I was feeling very uncomfortable about the product and the sales man and held on to the payment, I sent an Emailed the next day and rang the company first thing Monday to cancel. Mr Santo insisted that I would not get my deposit back as he had placed orders and put men in place, the job would not to be done until September, nothing could have been ordered as nothing had been confirmed until he came on the 21/7/17 I cancelled on the 24/7/17 the weekend being the 22/23rd.

Mr Santo has not return any of my E mails. I would expect to pay a small admin charge for his consultation but as he has sold me nothing but misinformation I would like my deposit back Mrs F Watt
