Granite Transformations Uk - Complaint
After 7 months of waiting, with me instigating all the communication and then having the product changed, I finally had my kitchen worktops done yesterday. Unfortunately I have been left with a damaged kitchen unit and substandard finishing. It is so disappointing and extremely stressful as the damage is significant and for the cost of the product, unacceptable. Please advise what can be done and how this can be resolved. After waiting 7 months for granite overlay worktops, I am now left with a damaged unit, unfinished job and unfulfilled promises to rectify the situation from the local branch. The national customer services have taken my complaint details several times but I still have not received an
