Warranty work never done

I took my Nissan Titan XD in for service my truck was pulling to the right they told me I needed a new idler arm so they claim they did the work they then charged me for a wheel alignment after they took the part out which knocked it out of alignment now I left for work driving down the highway still pulling to the right so which in my opinion the work was never done the air conditioning is blowing hot air they claim that was fixed along with the ac seats as well Grande Prairie Nissan is charging customers for work that is not being done so I’m taking it to another dealership for a second opinion if the work wasn’t done this whole experience is going to the media and I will be talking to my lawyer about this problem they want to charge for service work but won’t do the warranty work
