Could not get our money out ..
- ATM issues led to a card shutdown with no notice after casino withdrawals, leaving us unable to access funds despite a positive balance.
We got our check on the 19 (there about)it was on a Friday . Went to the bank after our money was deposited.
The teller machine did not appear it was working which they had system problems not long ago. Was assuming that was why we could not work the teller.
The next business day . We found out that they *** our whole card off. We could not get our money period.
We had a positive amount in their bank .
Next day. .we go up and find out they. ( The bank) decided to shut our card off. At their random choice.
With no notice. With out letting us know .a thing Then the teller said it was because we took a few with draws off at the casino .where we like to go eat and we both smoke ..get our stuff there. Nothing else. Lol idiots have to know ...that ..we are free white and over 21, a bank is not our mother.
I mean that is the commit the teller made ..was why they *** our card off. Wow ..a suit waiting to happen..we could not do a thing with our money !
