I tried to cash out on this site after my first time playing and winning on a free bonus I was told I had to make a deposit before I could withdraw any money so I did then immediately requested my 100$ from free bonus which is the limit. Then went on to win 200 more with my deposit the took out of my account.

Long story short they took 200 of the 300$ saying my free bonus limit was 100$ after explaining I won the 200$ with my deposit they still disagreed even tho it had been days since my free bonus request initially before I won with the deposit. Not only did they say I could only get 100$ but they even took the 200$ I won off my account so I couldn't even play with it if I wanted to. So now for the 4th time I'm trying to get my lousy 80$ because they also charge you 20$ to withdraw your money. So I was told it will be another week or so and I'll probably get denied for another reason then.

It has been 2 weeks now since I originally tried to cash out. And my 311.55 turned into 58$ after the 22$ deposit I paid also.

So hopefully I'll get my lousy 58$ don't waste your time or money worst gambling site ever. I won 39,000$ on chumba and had it in a week and had no BS like this site.

I played a casino no deposit bonus of $150. I won $4,850.

On the game. I went through the account verification and the I.D. verification process. In order for me to withdraw my winnings, admin told me to forfeit the bonus of $150.

Then i could withdraw. So i did. Then i went through the withdrawal process, i entered all my BANK ACCOUNT PERSONAL INFORMATION to do a Bank Wire Withdrawal Transfer. Everything went smooth through the whole process.

I waited for the exact proper amount of days for my withdrawal to go through. I decided to check with the casino on why I hadn't received my withdrawal yet. That is when the customer service had told me I was unable to receive my winnings from the finance company because I had to many played bonuses. Which is a lie.

I played one no deposit bonus in which i had won the 4,850.00 on and the only bonus that i had tried to claim.

I do not appreciate how this casino has treated me. This is unfair to the players who actually meet all the required bonus play rules.

SCAM...SCAM...SCAM... Do not even go anywhere near this established scam place.

I was with this casino for a couple months, most of the time it was losing money, which is part of the game. Today I won, I won I don't know $1,000 or so, so I made sure that my account was completely verified and I went to withdraw it via Bitcoin.. which is supposed to be instantaneous, that is what they're promoting instant withdrawals. So as I go to type in my Bitcoin address it will not allow me to enter the full address it's eight characters short so I contacted support they told me oh you must be doing something wrong Chris is it a real Bitcoin address blah blah blah.

So then I had one of the customer service ladies tell me oh I'm going to call you back within an hour and we can try to resolve this so I called back in 45 minutes only to find out that she's on her break and at that time I decided to play a couple rounds of blackjack or something $20 hands, $50 hands, maybe one or two 100 hands.. all of a sudden there was a glitch in the system, not that there wasn't a glitch earlier not allowing me to take my Bitcoin address and enter it and withdraw, but all of a sudden my account was down to $16.

My screen was reading $20 a hand but it all actuality it was $200 a hand and I found it really ironic that this is what happens when I try to make a withdrawal for once from this place... I'm going to write many more reviews but I strongly recommend that you don't even go near this skin of a place

I am awaiting my withdrawal of $5500.00 from 5/31/2022. I know it takes time, but I was just told I am only getting $1000.00 when I requested a withdrawal of $5,500.

which was confirmed by email. I did not win this money on a bonus, as I played a game requiring me to use my own cash money, no bonus, etc.

I am prepared to take this to litigation, and yes, you might hold it up for a while but I will prevail I assure you. I have every chat and every email saved exactly for this purpose,

I completed the wagering requirements, of the no deposit code, had deposit 65.00 for bonus and percentage amount offer it's in image circled below. Well since they didn't have an option of 65.00 or input any amount.

I deposited 50 something after fees and 20 something after fees. Which was one deposit 50.00 one for 20.00 they never gave my bonus offer that was supposed to be automatic upon deposit. When contacted support they came up with some bs excuse that was not in five writing or print. Webt back and forth via chat email contacted the payment company they used to accept payments with no response.

Contacted cash app with out any substantial help. So basically, they get to lie cheat take money and this far get away with it. I know there is high risk with gambling and online casinos, but there are still laws and rules in place and they broke them... I wasn't asking for any thing extra or special only what was stated to receive upon deposit AUTOMATICALLY or my refund...

Of 70.00 they locked me out of my account with banking info still attached and then said they deleted account...
And the way cash app responded and handled it, basically saying it's ok that they steal. And the multi whatever on my screen shot of payment above was attempted pull prior to success pull from them but cash app blocked that attempt thankfully. When attempt to contact that business, no response ever..
I wouldn't minded the seventy gone if I received what I was owed ..
I just want my money back now..

I recieved full refund, but not because OF GRAND RUSH, but after finally reaching the correct department for handling these matters, on financial institution end, they did their investigations, found that I had full right of refund and issued it to me yesterday, March 7, 2022.. Thank You, C.A.S.B.
