Grand Properties Real Estate And Management Customer Care Review
My husband and I contacted this property management company about seeing their advertised available properties. They told me most of what shows available is not because they are too busy to update their website and other information.
I compromised on 3 properties and attempted to set up a time for showing. They were so unorganized they had me speak with 4 agents about the first property I was to see. I finally got in touch with the correct agent but he showed me the wrong property that was in the same complex but smaller and it cost more per month. I was told there was a duplex available and a townhome, but I would have to pay $50 application fee to speed up the showing process.
Needless to say the next 3 showings never happened. Either because they didn't know who had the keys or they were too busy with personal matters. I spoke to a different t property owner/ manager later that day and he showed me 2 properties and mentioned others that he had available through grand properties. Why did I not hear of these properties?
I believe it is a scam to see how many application fees they can collect to draw commision during the slower months. A pompus and rude way to conduct business. I requested a refund upon the basis that they didn't show me the homes that they promised originally that they refund my application fee. They have declined to do so stating "It was a service you requested" per management.
I recall being told I needed to pay that to see the properties that I requested to see. How is this right?
