Happy New Year. We own 3 units at the Carlsbad Beach Inn resort: Weeks 9, 10, and 11.

We always use weeks 9 and 10 at the Inn and bank room 11. This year, your reservation site banked room 236 for week 11 twice when I was banking room 2027, and it took away my week 10 for this year. You can see by my records that I never banked room 10, but it is gone. You can see by my profile that I never banked week 10, room 133, and yet your representatives say it's gone, so I can't stay my 2 weeks at Carlsbad Inn.

Please show me where each banked week was used. I wrote to your customer service, but they never answer, and I asked the BBB to help. I see many others have had issues with the site. Perhaps an update or revision is needed.

Please help me send this issue to the correct person. Thank you.
