Preferred solution: Just my vip points when I want them. Why they are under suspension This happened to me just a while ago and took 2 months for them to be lifted. It was the rewards program that sent it in the mail 50$ which was added to my vip points.

Getting frustrated
I just spent another 40.00 on casino and still not able to access my money almost 60.00 
I give up Will have to set up an account somewhere else. I did earn 220.00 in the casino.
