Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Within a week of making this post, Grand contacted my wife and told her the couch would be there the next day.
Got a call at work from my wife when it arrived, no apologies or anything about how horrible they were. Still will not recommend ever shopping there again.

Bought a couch in August 2020, here it is almost the end of February 2021 and my couch has still not arrived. Every time I call them they keep giving me a later arrival date. At this point I am considering legal action and will never shop there again. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUHY ANYTHING FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

Couch broke within seven months...
Bought a couch from the store in Wise Virginia and within seven months the entire frame broke. My daughter's boyfriend got stabbed by a piece of wood sticking out. Very poorly made sofa!! I have emailed the company twice and no response. I called the store where I purchased the couch and they said that I bought it "as is". However, the lady I talked to said she would speak to her manager. She called me back and said they will send someone out to look at it. I really hope they fix it because the sofa has not been abused in any way.
