The manager offered a refund which ment no stay and drive home an hour away. Waite until tomorrow and see if pool reopens.

It didn't. Or a discount on our next stay. Discount unknown. For another stay?

I'm still recovering with flue like symptoms. Thank you, but no thank you.

Pool closed on arrival. Our kids who were floaty ready looking forward to swimming for 3 months!

The disappoint of the kids wasn't the worst of it. Staying in the most expensive room (The Flat) was horrific. I overlooked smudges on windows and dirty coffee table. I brought disinfective wipes, not the end of the world..

But it was the pillow in the hall closet with yellow brown drewl like stains all over it that really made my skin crawl. When asked for new sheets. They wanted us to go downstairs at 12am. After waiting and waiting I went to leave the room to go downstairs where I found the requested sheets and pillow case left on the dirty floor.

Is cleanliness so hard in a time of Covid? It certainly is for this Hotel. At the end of the day, I could have saved $320 allowing my kids to run free in my own home. Not to mention a trip to the Doctors office.

Yes, I was sick the very next day. I had to take off work the following Monday. In addition, the so called $300 hold has yet to be applied back to my account 3 days later. A charge never told or explained at check-in.

Just charged.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! I would choose The Best Western in Tannersville anyday over this false advertised, filthy, and service that was a disservice to us all.
