This is a signature service with prices starting from $5/month. There's a "Manual Payment" option which means they don't keep your CC information and the plan is renewed only if you manually make another payment.
Despite this being my payment option, I was automatically charged at the beginning of the new month cycle. There is no option of cancelling the account. Customer service is chat-based, no email available, and they answer once a week on average.
It's been almost 30 days since I opened a ticket with them to address this issue and have my money back, but without success. I had to cancel my CC and get a new number just to avoid being charged again by these honest people.
Preferred solution: Full refund
