What is it we actually pay for?
- - The company does nothing and pressures for expensive, not urgent repair.
- - They send threatening letters and imply coincidences with house buyers.
Absolute Bullies. They do nothing.
THEY ACTUALLY DO NOTHING. Having just got past the winter they are now pressuring me to make a very expensive NOT URGENT repair. What a joke. No one has any money right now, but this joke of a company who just write letters and threaten people, and we have to actually pay for this.
Come on. Ditch these people. ALSO the week before they send you letters, you can bet you will get someone trying to buy your house. It's happened every time they've started this petty abuse to our home.
Next you'll find you have tree services and some guy who wants to replace your roof. Just a massive coincidence right?
No. Of course most people would find it hard to get it all done in 10 days, as they demand.

They are disorganized and neglect helping the people in the communities they serve. Whenever we contact them, we always get the run around and no one seems to be able to communicate internally.
For as much as we have to pay, feels like we are doing their jobs for them. Their disorganization and negligence has cost us $1,000s.
Dont live in a community they manage. You will be sorry.
