The TL:DR is that Grady's failed on every level, from intake to communication, price gouging, treatment blunders and last but definitely not least, customer service.
They were the rudest, most clueless and most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. We thought our dog was going to die in their care. We are currently pursuing legal action for the damage Grady's caused in this situation.
These people are straight from the pits of Hades.
I can not understate just how bad our experience at this hospital was. I will not place the link here, because I don't want the review to be removed, but I am certain that a web search or social media search will lead anyone reading this to our new blog and our story detailing our experience at this absolute sham of a veterinary clinic.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!!!
