- - Name pronunciation was mispronounced despite corrections.
- - Over 25 versions were sent and the wrong song delivered, with contact by email only.
I ordered a song for my nieces graduation. They have sent me over 25 versions and cant seem to get things right.
First name was mispronounced (and I sent them the correct pronunciation at least 5 times).
They even sent me the wrong one for a John someone. Very disappointed in their service and they refused to contact me with the issues and refused contact except for email to Support@***.realize.com
