A co-founder of the company responded to my status update inquiry stating issues with the company's previous customer service agency. It was stated that an item in my order was out of stock, but once the item was back in stock, it would be shipped to me immediately.

A week later, I reached out again, the co-founder stated extra seamstresses were coming in to sew the products. Two days later, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund, which was processed and given to me.

I'm not sure what's going on with this company. I have been a customer for a couple of years, as I purchased a couple of products previously.

The shipping is always slow, as is communication but this time there's no communication at all. I'm confused because I recently received an email stating the company was featured on the Today TV show but I haven't received any feedback or communication regarding my order. It's discouraging and unfortunate. I like supporting smaller businesses.

While this business has been doing well over the years, they're not on billionaire status yet so they're still getting their wings. I like their products but I'm confused why the phone number isn't working and why no one has responded to my emails requesting a status update on my order.
