Unethical and Careless of who could be fraudulent
Gave my moms ashes to a crook who only wanted to take everything she has even her so she has no funeral!

This establishment is located in Brooklyn NY and serves mostly low-income families. The employees are very abusive, disrespectful, condescending and unprofessional when dealing with the grieving families.
Funeral Director Rachel Doris is extremely abusive, overly aggressive, dismissive when servicing clients and other co-workers.
Miss Doris is often referred to as a PITBULL because of her unprofessional demeanor. Her supervisor/s are aware of Miss Doris's behavior as many complaints have been made against her, but no corrective measures have been in place to correct this individual's work attitude.
