They deserve a positive review
We bought Graber shades through Costco at the beginning of the pandemic. We had an issue with one shade and I called them.
They did not say that I would have to send it back or bring it in. They just sent a replacement shade so they were very helpful.
It was very easy to deal with them. After that, my sister-in-law bought shades through Costco and also was pleased.
