received the correct password from GPSTRAVELMAPS after about 2 weeks. Everything works.
Bought a map of Saint Martin on Oct 24-2018.
Downloaded zip map file, installed Garmin basecamp and opened map installation file. When the installation program asked for a password, I typed in the provided password. Then received the message "password error". Emailed company, received same password and a second one, tried both again, keep receiving the message password error. I am computer savvy, make no mistakes entering the password, with copy/paste or manual.
Send next email, received same password with standard instructions.....
Will request my money back as this seems to be going nowhere.
Getting a real bad feeling about this company.

Peru GPS Downloaded Map

First of all I have contacted GPStravelmaps 4 times and requested their site to review my purchase of their Peru map. Nicole (from GPS) never did honor my request.
Please save your money. This download was a waste. VERY Frustrating. Could not find addresses, took us way out of the way several times.
We spent 5 weeks in Peru and it was a good thing that we had a Michelin road map and a Lonely Planet guidebook with maps.
We even asked some Peruvian techies several times and they had trouble.
Poor GPS map and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

GPS Travel Map for Costa Rica Epic Fail

Got map for Costa Rica for trip and it didn't work. 4 of us tried multiple times and it was a total fail.
The company GPS Travel Maps refuse to give a full refund. They want to charge me 20% for a map that didn't work. It gave the wrong directions and total time and would not recognize our destination town.We spent a lot of time with it and none of us reasonably intelligent people could get the right directions. I found a free app that worked perfectly!
Right distance, directions and that's what we used for the entire trip. Hmmmm, if I got an app that's free and works right, why would I ever again buy a map from GPS Travel Maps?
